Terms of attendance.

These terms and conditions apply to everyone who visits the OPUS Collection website, creates an account, or reserves a place at one of our experiences. Please read them carefully before completing a reservation.

Acceptance of terms

By using this website or confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or reserve a ticket.

Reservations and tickets

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Standard and Premium tickets are sold by pair only, with a minimum of two guests per reservation.

Standard Ticket

Access to the full evening experience | sold by pair, minimum 2 guests.

Premium Ticket

Enhanced access and seating | sold by pair, minimum 2 guests.

Patron Table

Reserved table for six guests | limited availability per event.

Guest list

Name changes may be permitted up to 48 hours before the event.

Payments

Where payments are active, charges are processed through our secure payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges associated with your reservation. If payments are currently paused for an event, no charge will be taken at checkout; however, your reservation remains binding subject to our confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds

Tickets are issued for a specific date and event. Refunds and transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not be available unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us. For any cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible.

Event conduct and age

OPUS experiences are adult cultural and hospitality events. Attendees must be 18 years or older unless a specific family edition is advertised. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour affects the experience, safety or comfort of other guests.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, video, design, logos and the OPUS Collection name, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We do our utmost to deliver every experience as described. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue changes, artist substitutions, force majeure or third-party supplier failures. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
